Rev. Tom Shockley is an Evangelist who is Ordained with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Rachel, started Isaiah 61 Ministries to reach those who will not come to church. This passion was born from Tom’s own life. He was an alcoholic for 18 years until God miraculously delivered him. He is now a successful minister that reaches people who find themselves in the same situation. He gives hope to the hopeless as he preaches salvation and deliverance through Jesus Christ. 

 

Part of what they do is explained in Isaiah 61:1 “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.”
